Trivia Question: How Many US Mint issues have a Hawai’i Design Element
US Mint issues with a Hawai’i design element (previous research I completed).
Number in parenthesis (below) indicate issue types (finish, mint mark, diameter, etc.) The final tally is 29 US Mint issues with a Hawai’i design element.
This would be an interesting thematic collection to have. Reference identifiers are from the book Hawaiian Money Standard Catalog by Medcalf & Russell (aka M&R). It is my understanding that a group of individuals are working on updating and publishing a new version of this book.
