Can I Combine Relabeling with a Super Express Submission?

I have three cards that are straight up incorrectly labeled by PSA (a common issue in vintage soccer).

If I send in a single Super Express card for grading, can I also send in my mis-labeled cards with it? How would they handle this on timing - Would it all get taken care of quickly or would it slow down m Super Express submission?

Also, any guesses on when they open back up the Express grading?

    use the Label Correction Request in the Customer Request Center in your PSA member info page. Submit the info and scans and someone from their Research & ID team will follow up in a few days and validate the request and authorize the return and give you a special code to reference on the box. you should then be able to send it in with your Super Express order in the same box, just a different order form.

    it won't hold up or hinder your super express order as its a different service and service level. both orders require different submission forms and will require separate return shipping. the label corrections may take a little longer to get back, but probably not as long as a simple reholder. they usually take care of label corrections in the past ive seen in around a month. but im sure these are back burnered. you can ask the rep when they email you what the turn around time on these are.
