I'm going to guess MS67+. I only do so as it has an ever so slight chance (I know, barely), and no one else has guessed that yet (thus upping my chances of winning should I be correct!).
Either way, it is a beauty, and MS64 is an insulting grade for it.
Strange. To get a 62 the coin must have no luster at all. That is some inconsistent grading to go from a 64 to a 62. They even made the truview look worse!

The grade has just posted and we may have a first here on these boards! Not one person guessed the new grade correctly or even got within 1 point! I am surprised to say after grading out at 64 the first time it has regraded at 62 this time! Guess it really goes to prove grading from a photo is sometimes impossible. The 2 other people who have seen it in hand other than myself (The original submitter and the one who submitted it for me this time) both thought 66-66+.

4-19-21 Update: Sub just entered encapsulation so grade should be available soon.
I started a GTG thread on this coin a few months ago because I didn't agree with the original grade it was given the first time through and wanted to see what others thought. Decided to crack it out and sub it again and the grade should be popping any day now. For full disclosure it was graded as a 64 on the first sub (which wasn't done by me).
So lets have a GTG on it this time and whoever gets it correct will receive some kind of prize.
Will lock the guesses as soon as I receive notice that the grade is ready.
If multiple people guess the correct grade I will throw all the names in a hat to draw the winner.

Based upon the assigned grades, my guess is that the coin has been cleaned or wiped.
Then why not indicate that on the holder instead a lower MS grade? Plus that new TV also has me scratching my head
If there is a wipe or cleaning, it must not have been deemed bad enough to warrant a details-grade. Instead, the coin received a lower grade than it otherwise would have.
Admittedly, I'm speculating here. But based on how nice the coin looks in the images, the apparent low grade doesn't appear to be due to an issue with luster, color, marks or rub. So that leaves a difficult-to-detect cleaning or wipe as a good likelihood for the explanation.

Not trying to second guess, but maybe they questioned the toning and rather than AT it they hammered it on the grade.
Sure looks better than 62 to me, but we have a photo and they have the coin.

What you talking bout Willis?
I meant 67+ specifically not just 67
At your age you probably don't even know who Willis is
but that's okay moving on now.
Thanks for the chance.
That's a Beaute, dude! I'll guess 66. Hope I'm correct for your sake.

MS66. I think the nick on the face will keep it from going higher. Amazing coin though! I'd love to pay MS64 money for it! Good steal!
Cool. If I change my guess to MS68, do you think I have a chance?
(On a side note: Should I actually win, please forward my winning to UrbanDecay04)

So you don't have to go back to page 1.
Unless that luster is as dull as a washer or that TV is hiding a lot of marks a 62 IMHO is ...hmmmm.....very overly.... "Conservative"
Based upon the assigned grades, my guess is that the coin has been cleaned or wiped.

Surprising grade for sure! I guess that hit on the lower cheek really pissed them off.

The "ding on the face" isn't nearly significant enough to cause the coin to grade 62.

Monster toned quarter. Very nice! I'd love a complete set that looked EXACTLY like that.
