1987 Topps FB cello pack question

Not my auction, and not even sure I'd be interested if it was 100% certain to be legitimate. Just very curious - is it possible that the same card would be on top and bottom, facing up on both sides? I haven't seen this before on an 87 Topps FB pack, but I also haven't been following those auctions for very long.

No expert here but is there something going on with the folds in the upper right section?
Just looking at one I still have for fold comparison.

Crazy rack/cello combos like that are always possible. But I would never pay more than $20-$25 for something unless Steve has looked at it first.
That’s a reseal. Corner folds are wrong on the right side and there is ink bleed on the “Licensed Product” line likely from the heat used to reseal the back.
