Chelsea F.C. signed Jersey 2005-2006

I have a signed Jersey from Chelsea F.C. that I inherited and I wanted to know what the value of it is. It looks like it has 17 signatures on it and is in a black alternate Jersey from 05-06. I remember this tram won the Premier League and FA Cup but not sure if that adds in value. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
