Vintage Soccer Grading Question

Would appreciate opinions on grading the two 1965 Sicker-Verlag stamps below. Debating whether it’s worth springing for the $300 fee, especially for the Kaiser. Both are clean as a whistle except for the slightest bit of paper loss on the backs (circled) from when they were separated from the other stamps in the perforated 9-stamp sheet. What’s the best I could expect from PSA in this case? What about from BVG or SGC? Thanks!

    Beautiful cards, but paper loss is a no no from what I've heard. Never subbed with PL, good luck with them.
