Average grade for first "plastic" Proof Sets? (68S-72S)?

Just curious how QC was in the first few years of "plastic" Proof Sets out of the SF mint and what sorts of grades are typical for coins fresh out of the package......

Philately will get you nowhere....

    considering it has been 50 years and these are quite often not stored well and handled poorly, it is still possible to find clean sets/coins that grade PR69DCAM. it is also common to find coins in the set which are damaged and will not straight grade. on average, it seems PR65-67 would be expected for coins which aren't impaired.
