Images with your registry set.....

I was trying to figure out how to add images with me reg set, and it doesnt seem to be totally obvious how to do that.... Has anyone added images to there sets?

Click "edit" next to the coin then click the browse button. Locate the file on your local drive, then upload it by clicking "update coin".

Isn't there a maximum file size to deal with. If so does anyone know what it is and what setting you should use on your scanner to get it that small. I know JPEG uses the least amount of bytes, but do you just let the scanner scan at it's pre-programmed dpi? I'm confused.

Not sure what the max file size is, but I haven't exceeded it because my images all upload fine. I set the scanner at 600dpi, and size the scan at 240x320 jpeg format.

Max size is 100K per coin. I've been working on getting all my coins imaged and up. It's a very slow process.

The file size allows pretty big pics at decent resolutions. I think mine are running around 800x450 or so.

You should have gotten some kind of image editor with your scanner that will allow you to change picture size, crop, etc...

Max size is 100k but plan on saving them at about 95k. I've not been able to upload anything over 96k to my sets. Dave

thanks everyone... it seems to be working. My images have been ranging from 38 - 96k
