Why is currency collecting so much more fun than coins?

I'll take a shot at this exciting topic

The serial numbers along withe the front plate and back plate numbers make currency collecting so much more fun as the varieties are easy to spot and collect. This adds complexity of twist and turns in the collecting sets. Think a plot like a good James Bond novel. Some recent discoveries add even more depth to the fun of collecting currency.

Physically storing currency is a bit tougher than coins as there is no standard sizing to currency and every agency seems to have their own dimensions so when you collect more than five of each TPG they really don't fit well together.
