I got a $1 note as change and saw this small little flap sticking out. Is this a small error?

    No, just an extra bit of printed paper stuck on the corner of this $1. Your photos clearly show two pieces of paper here.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.
