Belgium Q169-PP13 Nice error on date, the 9 in 1932 is inverted making 1632

I have use these 2 stamps for comparation with the number 9 in both dates. Look like the post office made a mistake during cancellation. Set the date to 1632 instead of 1932. Do you consider this to be a majors mistake???

    A minor postmark error at best. It would likely bring no premium.
