I have 4 more in MS condition also...they look like the RPM
It looks like die deterioration to me. Notice how the base of the Monticello has a similar appearance.
However, If you really think you have something, check Coneca's and Wexler's sites for an EXACT match. I didn't see anything, but just took a cursory look

Looks like die fatigue to me.
just going to send it to CONECA with the others, cheaper.
