Is there much difference between a BBCE FASC and BBCE Tape Intact?

There shouldn't be.........as they would both indicate that the box has never been opened. But I think the FASC tag has become a legendary thing that demands significant premiums over anything else.
Devil's advocate - not sure how BBCE would label this one because the tape is intact but the secret entrance could be used to search the packs and make it less legit than BBCE FASC would be. Does "Tape Intact" mean that the full box is enclosed? I would hope so, but a wrapped box is really just saying "all packs inside are legit unopened packs" so... not sure if this is a loophole or not.

I am asking for for something like 82 topps traded baseball where you see wrapped. wrapped marked tape intact, and wrapped FASC.
I think if it's a BBCE wrap then it's signed off on. I doubt they're going ot wrap sets or boxes that have the tape hanging on by a thread on one of the sides. Now, if you're asking about value, yes, there will be a difference between TI and FASC.
Here's the thing: both sets may be equally unopened from the factory but the FASC set has been sitting in the original factory case and is much more likely to have undamaged cards inside.
I know the hobby version of "not all men" will come right at me with how the traded set could have been on the corner of the case and how the tape intact set could have been sitting in a basket of angel feathers for the last 35 years but I'm talking about calculating an overall risk factor and the FASC option is safer.
Plus, some people are just flat hooked on that FASC descriptor like crack cocaine.
