63 Rose sold 2/21/21 selling again right now

I was looking at a Rose Rookie PSA 6 for sale now on Ebay #51952435 by 4 sharp corners. In looking up past sales of Rose cards, I see the exact same card sold 0n 2/21/21 by 4 sharp corners. How does this happen?

I stopped listings eBay auctions. None paying bidders run up the price. It seems like all you need to bid is an internet connection. Not that this is the case. But it would be my first guess.

Very plausible, but so too is market manipulation. At this point in time I do not feel any of the mid-level or major players are beyond reproach. High short-term rewards, pretty much zero risk as difficult to prove, then even in rare case that is done most collectors recently don't seem to care.

Something to think about: For every card sale that is noticed by a few to have possible been subject to market manipulation how many dozens, hundreds or thousands go 100% completely unnoticed?
