What company sold these approvals?

These approval sheets lack the seller's name.
Some sheets have paragraph long text statements. All are printed on very thin (like tracing paper) paper. Based on prices as low as 3 cents, they might be from the late 1930s. Not sure. Respond if you recognize them. Thanks

One hint is on the Greek stamp sheet. It refers to WWI as "the World War", so presumably it is from before WWII.
No idea who issued them. H.E. Harris was a huge mail order firm for decades, and there of course were others.
Are the stamps attached to those sheets with hinges?
