When does PSA Slab return due to defective slabbing show up in My Orders or notice via email?

Got a graded ticket back from PSA that was slabbed with the ticket beyond the bumpers/display area. Got a return label and authorization and marked box properly and filled out return form correctly. Package shows delivered on PSA's package tracking inquiry form, but have not received an email that it has been received, nor has it appeared in my orders. At what point does it show in MY orders or do I get an email that something is happening or happened. Or does it just show back up in the mail when done and that's it?

It should be fairly quick. Before they return it, at the very least they'll contact you to make sure you approve any change in grade.
Approve it? like I have a choice! They have had it for 2 weeks now, what is fairly quick, a month?
Last one I sent (last May) was checked in the same day and regraded and returned four weeks later. Everything is slower now, of course, but I'd expect it to be much faster than a normal submission.
And yes, you have a choice. If you have a ticket that is a 6 in an 8 holder, they will have to offer you some compensation.
