Are there any NonSport Unopened collectors here?

I finally got around to unpacking all of my nonsport unopened stuff and, of course, found a bunch of stuff that I had forgotten I owned. Most of it is all 1970s/1980s Television/FIlm material and I've thought about breaking some of it up. Are there a lot of those collectors here on CU? What do you folks collect? Newer stuff?

I do collect 70s/80s as well as a bit of late 60s non-sport unopened as well. Not going to say what as I don't want to take any chances it boosts prices
In terms of non-unopened given new PSA prices simply no longer worth sending in vast majority of stuff. When the PSA costs equaled or was slightly higher than the value of the card after slabbing it was Ok-ish, now that PSA cost is 2-3x the value of the average lower interest lower demand card after slabbing simply not worth the money.
I do expect vast amounts of non-sport registry activity for all but prime (or inexplicably hot) material to be halted by most collectors. Too bad it was very fun sector of the trading card hobby. I will miss it!

82, I get the feeling that vintage Star Wars stuff is heating up though. Obviously most of us have heard about the #1 Luke but the whole '77 set has gotten a huge boost. The '80 ESB set has shot through the roof as well with the Boba Fett "RC." From my limited time searching completed sales it seems like graded cards and unopened have exploded and not just for the "popular" cards.
Do you think that stuff has plateaued now that we're far enough away from the Mandalorian season (I only watched the first few episodes but heard the finale was somehow very important to the original trilogy)?

I have unopened boxes of vintage Return of the Jedi and Empire Strikes back all series. I only have the green and orange series unopened for Star Wars. I also have unopened boxes of Pac man stickers and Superman 2 movie cards. I am looking for the Superman the Movie box. If the OP has one and wants to get rid of it please let me know.
1977 (then 1980 as you mentioned) Star Wars cards are now hot and becoming prime stuff. Most TV and Movie sets from 70's and 80's are not. By most I mean the vast majority.
For every 1977 Star Wars, 1976 Star Trek, and now 1975/76 Marvel from the 70's and 80's sets there are 100's like Space 1999 and Magnum PI which fall into trading card niche category. People who were sending cards like that into PSA were doing so for "love" not profit. The latest increase in PSA subs pretty much shuts the door - and has for me. In my case it was the previous price increase that did so the latest is just merely another kick to the 'nads
I will miss what was probably the most fun (true fun not about value) segment of the hobby for me. Sure I'll consider sending in some sealed packs but that is more about the physical slabs cases which look great and offer greater protection for the wax packs than I've ever found.

@72skywalker I'll shoot you a PM.
@82FootballWaxMemorys You might be surprised to learn that BBCE wrapped Magnum PI wax boxes have sold for $208 and $265 recently. Those were readily available for $30 on the BBCE website for years.
I think that while the set collecting may end up dipping down, the unopened collecting is rising fast. Wax boxes of 1984 Topps He-Man Masters of the Universe have sold for for $500 (no black line) and $750 (BBCE wrapped with black line). I'm not sure I can think of any TV/film series from that era that hasn't shot up in price by multiple factors.

I love star trek! Mint box with 5 packs and 1 graded pack. I agree with everyone else. For many non sport, grading was for the love of the set, not the value. Right now is not a time to grade for low value. If you have any 1976 trek, please let me know!!
The '76 Star Trek set was hard to find and expensive back when all this other stuff was easily available and cheap. I always told myself I would pickup one graded pack for the collection but it just never worked out. Kudos to you, @Chargers49ersLakers!
I put some of my 1980 ESB grocery racks up in BST if anyone is interested. Here's some more nonsport unopened to share, too (most of it is O-Pee-Chee, if I got the chance).

I collect primarily Wacky Packages unopened, and a few other odds and ends. There aren’t a lot of sales of this stuff, but there have been a few five figure wax boxes sold.
Here's about half of my non-sport stash...
I'm rather jealous of that Goonies box. Not easy to come by.
I used to buy E.T. racks in the hope that I'd land one with Spielberg's card showing. Never got that lucky.
And I have to admit, pulling a Clive Barker auto would be pretty cool.

No, just saw the box a year or two ago and had to have it. Same with this one. I love that Jack Kirby is in but Stan Lee isn't. I'm digging this set's vibe.
And how about this? 1980 Olympiada Empire Strikes Back unopened pack (from Greece)
