Card- centering

I am looking for an opinion from experienced collectors. I recently went thru my large collection of cards from my childhood collection. Mostly mid 80's hockey cards. The Mario Lemieux RC is by far the highest valued card. Given the PSA backlog, I am weighing my options. All things being equal, if the card has no imperfections, what is the likely card grade given its centering. A pic is attached. Thanks in advance

Nice looking card - centering looks within the range for a PSA 9 (and maybe even 10), so corners or surface may be the bigger question marks. Hard to tell those aspects from the picture.

When I was young I have a 85 O-Pee-Chee Lemieux pulled direct from a wax pack. My guess is it would been an 8 8.5 or 9 today. I remembers dealers in the early 90's telling me best they had ever seen in person. Had to sell it in a private sale to another collector in effect to buy for material's that helped me land a career. I don't regret it for an instant but do miss that card. I should have looked to pick up a replacement 20 year ago...Oh well.

Back on point - I've no issues with that centering and I have seen pics of 10's with similar.

Centering looks really nice. As mentioned by others I have seen 9's and 10's with similar centering. The surface has a couple of areas that could not tell by the picture. Left border in the white area (about parallel to the top of edge of his Cooper Glove) -- not sure if those are small wrinkles). Also, the snowy white specs above his right shoulder area.

Send it in under "Express" level. Wait times aren't that bad. Even if you think the wait times are unreasonable, the sooner you send it in the sooner you will find out what you have.

Could be a 9 (could be a 10, but doubt it) I am curious about white spots as well and any other surface imperfections.

Hold the card up under a bright light, sunlight being the best, until you kind of see a "glare" from the front surface of card. Usually this will show you how nice the surface is.

    Beautiful card.

Looks really nice.... From the rough edges, looks like an OPC. Should have named the thread "Presenting a big name card to the market too!" :D

Nice card although it appears to exhibit a slight tilt from what I can tell. I think 8-9, not 10. JMHO. What is an 8 worth these days? 9?
