Just back from Turner Field in Atlanta where the Braves kicked the Cubs' a$$ and was an amazing fire

Well, the Braves win AGAIN and I happened to be there to see it this time, heh heh, and it was an awesome game. Got to see the "mighty prospect" from the Cubs Mark Prior pitch and he actually pitched a great game up until the 6th inning, and then the Cubs' bullpen lost it for them. It was tied until they brought the bullpen in and then we started beating their arses...image Not to mention, after the game, about 10 minutes later, was a beautiful fireworks display and it was just a plain out awesome time. Turner Field is more than a baseball park...it's a freaking baseball paradise. There's so many neat things to do and it's an awesome place...But, anyway...my fourth was GREAT! image Just figured I'd share my escapade...image

Thanks...I'm about 60 miles from Atlanta and Turner Field, but it's not that hard to get there...especially when you know where you going...lol...Oh yeah, a fight broke out like 10 rows below where we were sitting and some drunken dude was pitching a fit...it was funny...and the security had to drag him out...LOL...

Not to mention, there was like 2 different kinds of helicopter's flying around and occassionally above Turner Field just in case of Unidentified planes, etc., that had to do with any sort of possible terrorist acts, but nothing happened thank God...

Oh yeah, I was also sitting about 4 seats to the left from a Cubs fan who actually is down for the series...you should have seen him tonight! He was so p!ssed off when the Cubs started getting their arses handed to them, but he was a cool guy...He had on his little Cub jersey and all that good stuff, and he said he flew down to Atlanta just for the Cubs series...WHAT A TRUE FAN EH? lol...image

  • LOL, I was at the Yanks and Expos game up here last year, and this lady and 2 guys were up from Vermont to see the Yanks, she was sittin right in front of us, drunk as hell, yelling and sh!t, then people behind up like 10 rows kept yelling "Sit down fat @$$!!" she got pissed and started yelling and throwing sh!t, so security came over told her that they were going to move her party behind home plate to thank them for coming all the way up, so we followed them and sat behind home plate for the rest of the game image.

Drock, well the people that were sitting in Centerfield had to move onto the other side of the stadium and same with the people in certain areas that wouldn't been able to see...but we had amazing tickets...We were sitting like on the second deck 10 rows back in the shade on the home plate to third base side...It was a very good view and it was also pretty close...But anyway, yeah, they turned out the lights in Turner Field and then the fireworks display took place for about 20-25 minutes outside of the stadium in right field...and they had the famous "American" songs playing...kinda brought chills to you by the way it was shown and then the fireworks...it was an awesome show.

LOL, yeah, it's funny what people will do when they are drunk...I think the guy that got into the fight near me was probably complaining or being a picky a$$ about something and was just LOOKING for a fight....Some dude probably looked at him the wrong way, accidently went by and hit him a little bit, or some dude accidently went by and touched his woman's leg or something and he didn't like he so he got p!ssed and started fighting..."Hey! Don't be touching my girl's leg!!"...hehe...DOH!
  • LOL, how long did they go at it?

lol, they went at it for about a good long MINUTE before security was RIGHT THERE to stop them...and then they dragged them out of the stadium. It was rather funny. I got a good laugh out of it. But for that good minute...they were beating the sh!t outta each other. The people near them were all scared and sh!t and they were moving outta the way...lol...it was hilarious.
