1972 Topps Hoops Grading Help

I was lucky to grab this trio for (what I think was) a bargain on Friday. Mulling submitting, especially the Erving. At first blush I think they look NM-MT. Artis and George hold up well under close scrutiny. But there’s what appears to be a factory issue with the Erving. Would love opinions, especially from someone with experience grading this issue, about the potential impact on the Erving. See the last photo for the factory defect. Basically a crimp or wrinkle-like feature that runs roughly parallel to the top edge. Looks to me like an issue during factory cutting. Doesn’t show through to the reverse.
Thanks in advance!

Oof, that’s too bad about the Erving. That kinda surface defect means it’s a 5, tops.

Thanks! That was my fear. Still looks great, and I only paid $100 for the lot! So not sweating it. Just might bother with grading.
For comparison. I'd be a little worried about the "diamond cut" on Gilmore and McGinnis plus PD on McGinnis.
Good pick up.... can't go wrong with HOF rookies.
Beautiful cards.
