Responding to Messages Through the Set Registry

Several times people have sent me unsolicited messages through the set registry. I would like to respond to them through the set registry (without exposing my email address) but I can’t see a way to do that. Any insight?

why worry about it?
I've met some great people through unsolicited email via the registry. I don't think there is an option to reply and hide your email address.
