Bad cert number

Hi,

Just entered the cert number from a PSA/DNA auto card. Received a xxxxxxxx is a "bad Cert Number" message. Can anyone please explain?

    This is usually just an error but there's always the possibility it's a fake. Best thing to do is try the number at a later time or e-mail customer service with it.
