Anybody know how much/when bid for MS65 Morgans peaked?

Anybody know how much/when bid for MS65 Morgans peaked? I know I could check old grey sheets but other than it being some time in the 80s and it being somewhere around $800 I'm not even sure where to even begin to look.
Thanks
Philately will get you nowhere....

The 1881-S was $980 on June 2 1986 per PCGS coinfacts.https://pcgs.com/pricehistory#/?=7130-65
Its an interesting chart! I find the price history feature of Coinfact quite useful. I picked 1881-S as representative of a type coin.
The Bluesheet and the old ANE system were the wholesale market in the late 1980's. I believe the top of the market was late May of 1989. In fact, I have an old Bluesheet (which were live bids at the time), from May 26, 1989. EVERY coin in every grade had a "+" next to it, indicating it had gone up from the week before. Morgans in 65 were in the $800's as you said.
The levels were insane....I remember selling a group of PCGS 66 Iowa Commems for $1250 each at the time.
Proof 67 Lib Nickels were $12,000 each sight unseen....the examples go on and on.
Kind of reminds me of the current Sports Card Market....
OMG insane! Thanks for helping me find it. I remember thinking that MS67 Morgan's must be virtually unknown because they weren't even listed in the Greysheet. Even MS65PLs could only be priced in a "range". DMPLs? Only in your dreams...
