VAM 3 - Line Through L? 1921 Peace Dollar

Hello all,
I have been completing an MS60+ Peace Set. I recently purchased a 1921 Peace Dollar in MS63 for the set from Mint State Gold. I was unaware but quite a few friends told me it has VAM 3 - Line Through L. This is of course unattributed on the slab. Was curious of all your thoughts before I go ahead and send it in. It appears the strikethrough and tool marks are present.
