Found it thanks! But it only lets you block bidders with feedback of 5 or lower. Why won't Ebay allow you to adjust to a number the seller feels ok with?
Don’t understand blocking bidders just because of low feedback. People have to start somewhere. I have 3 or 4 bidders on my blocked bidder list but because of problems. In fact on my blocked bidders list none have low feedbck.
I agree with the idea that everyone starts at zero. The only problem I have is when I am selling a high valued item and the person who is bidding on it is has zero feedback and the account was created that same day. Maybe I'm a bit paranoid but it seems a bit suspicious. I just cancel their bid and block them. They can go buy from another seller. I don't mind if they bid on a lower value item that I am selling but I don't want to get ripped off on a higher valued item.

If you go to your selling preferences, you can edit the "set buyer requirements", and block low feedback buyers.
Currently collecting.....your guess is as good as mine.

If you have the Sellers Hub go to the Overview Tab and it may be a link located on the Right Side under the Shortcuts Section
It will say Blocked Bidders List and there are settings you can adjust that I think will solve what you are looking to do

Good question I thought you could adjust that setting with a wider range
I suppose youd have to ask eBay what their logic was - good luck if you do!!
Why would you?

Why block innocent people? Everyone started with 0 feedback.

that was the issue... Auction for 1986 fleer Magic Johnson. Twice bidders with feedback of 3 won and both times no payment and no responses to emails.
