Rarity? Philippines 1982 FM (U) Uncirculated One Piso

This coin is amongst a few I got a while ago, and readers may know I like Franklin Mint circulation coins. It was the first published, on CoinTalk by me; it is not catalogued in Krause or anywhere I could find and NO internet reports of it. I sent it ATS where they got the designation wrong (it is NOT proof as you will see).
Subsequently, I saw by chance on Youtube where I look at coin nerd videos and on one the Philippine author said that there is at least one offer for this coin at 1 Million Pisos evidently in the Philippines - which is now about USD 20,500 or a little more. I have no idea if it is really worth that, but perhaps there is a reader that can shed light on this:
