Those where the first baseball cards I ever opened. Opened so many of them. Never found any Elite cards or the signature card either. They are numbered to 10 000 and 5000 I think.
That brings up a question. If someone rips 1991 Topps packs and pulls a redemption for a 1952 Mantle or other major card that was never claimed, would they still honor it? Has anything ever been published on how many were claimed and how many are outstanding? I know the lower value cards that aren't oversized were inserted in the packs.

A better question would be....who has 2021 cards at a garage sale already? They were released less than a month ago!
