As I remember, only ICG graded these RPM's. All were population 1 or 2 in all grades the last time I checked years ago.
All have hand-written stickers with the names B. Lynn or T. Wiss with dates from 2003.
I don't know if these are the discovery coins for these minor varieties, but I would not be surprised if they were.

Hey Lazybones or Turtlecat, please explain the quarter labeled 2002 Protest. I see obverse is 1992 and reverse is 1993....I am confused🤔
@WQuarterFreddie Basically, the person who designed the reverse of the Missouri state quarter just didn’t like how the mint changed/rendered their design for the quarter. So the artist “protested” by having 250K stickers made of the reverse as they designed it and applied it to random quarters they had and re-circulated to show people what was originally intended. Way back then I bought one off of someone in Missouri who had a few to sell. Always thought it was an interesting way of protesting.
