Could use some advice. (My OCD is kicking in)

Hello to everyone who is taking time out of there day to read this, I have a question, attached are pictures of my Dwat card. As you could see in the pictures there are marks that I believe are on the inner mylar sleeve or it could be the outer case but I think it's on the inside, In any case my question is 2 fold, 1st does Beckett resleeve? I know they reslab but not sure if the resleeve and 2nd is it even worth it being it already has the high grade. So your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a blessed 2021

    P.S. I bought this card off ebay knowing the marks were there. I asked the seller if they were on the sleeve or case and he has yet to respond. Thanks again.
