2004 donruss elite extra edition baseball card size

Does anyone know if the these cards were cut small by the manufacturer? I sent a Yadier Molina rookie auto /1000 to PSA and it came back does not meet min size requirement. Since then, I have bought 3 others including a BGS 9.5 and they all measure short. Now, either I’m the unluckiest guy in the world or these cards were cut this way. Can anyone help?
