Is PSA accepting bulk orders right now? I seem to recall hearing that they were not. I would like to submit, but not at the $20 level.

I apologize in advance if this has already been addressed elsewhere.

    The proper term is Value Submission.... And they have never stopped accepting them. They just change the price and the minimum # of cards required.

    And it's $25 each if they are cards from 2018 to present!

    After that it's $100 a card
