    There is so much obvious die deterioration on that coin, that should be your first guess.

    Also, is there a known DD for that date/mm? If there is, just compare to photos. If not, why scrutinize it?

    A Doubled Die is not one of a kind. The doubling is in the die (hence the name), so there would be others like it.
