It appears that Amazon and the NFL are working out a deal where Amazon is paying the NFL $1 billion a year for exclusive rights to stream Thursday Night Football.

That’s a huge investment but they will make money on it, the only question is how long will it take.
holy cow the NFL is worth a lot of money
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
I wonder if Amazon is going to move in on SNF someday, and make us pay to watch it.
I assume it will be an amazon prime thing. luckily, my wife has had us members for years now
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
Gonna kill the TNF bar crowds. At least most had/have the NFL network for those games, but I know of no bars/restaraunts that have app TV anywhere around me.
I just read where it will now be called the Jeff Bezos Football League.
I like just being able to turn the TV on CBS or Fox and watch a game. It was that way all my life, and now Amazon Prime is forcing their way into it and ruining it. I shall rebel against Amazon Prime!
I shall rebel against Amazon Prime, rebel I say!
Run everyone, run, it's Jeff Bezos's maid, and she's hunting down all non-subscribers!
If Amazon Prime has it's way, this is what the future is going to look like. A future I choose not to embrace!
Amazon Prime is plotting to takeover football from CBS and Fox, I just know it. This is a face that is not to be trusted!
You'd have to be a seller on Amazon, which i am, to truly understand both the genius and madness of Jeff Bezos.
Be careful Steve, it's not your business he wants, it's your soul!
This is a face that is always welcome in my home!
They call us "third party sellers" on Amazon and depending on the article ya read, combined it totals 33% to 50% of their business...and yet Amazon treats us like chit in so many different ways which i'm not going to discuss on this forum.
It is what it is, ya take it or leave it, and i decided to take it. "Thank you sir may i have another." LOL
Just keep Fluffy away from Bezos, I don't want Fluffy getting fleas!
I compare Amazon to Pendant Publishing!
