I just found this in my archives. I bought it at the Philadelphia Mint in the 70s or 80s because I liked the reverse design of the third Philadelphia Mint.

US Mint bronze medal. 3" antique matte finish.
Obv: Raymond T Baker, Director of the US Mint under Woodrow Wilson and Warren Harding (March 1917 to March 1922)
Rev: Third US Mint at Philadelphia
Medal in its original plastic, unopened, and original box.
Box is marked 313WE, which I think was the old catalog number of the medal.

I believe this medal is no longer available from the US Mint.

Sorry for the poor pics. I did not want to open the original bag. Will let the buyer do that.
