2017 $1 bill

I found a $1bill with a 2 above Washington’s portrait and an “A” above the 2 between the “E” and the “S” in States. Can anyone help me identify these markings? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Exceptionally cool to view!
but a closer look shows the bleed through of the "2" ink reacts differently to the same paper so likely the "2" ink is not the same as used in the BEP printing's 2nd pass (back's are printed first on these)
