You can still get 1-2% cash back on sites like be frugal tho

    That really stinks. I could see it coming though. I sure do miss the 10% ebay bucks promotions. those were the days.

    It was great while it lasted. I sure did get a lot of free cards due to this promotion.

    Yeah this falls under good while it lasted to me. I have been using eBay less and less anyway. 1 % eBay bucks with my tax rate was zero incentive for me to buy.
