Probably a little after it was certified but mostly before. The gold holders are less good than the previous green holders. I remember the late Brian Beardsley of Chattanooga at the Baltimore show who ran the operation as far as I know. I had a PCI gold pq go from 64 to 62 at NGC.
However, I learned the hard way......never crack and submit. Send it in as is and saw “grade raw”
Otherwise you end up with a super nice Morgan that won’t grade....says AT

Absolutely no question as I have done plenty......Morgans, Franklins. ASE proof and ounce's. Have not had a Peace dollar as of yet to try
