How to figure the worth of cards

I know this has been discussed many times before, but I am new to this game as I have found a few cards I would like to know their estimated worth.

1986 Jerry Rice Topps Rookie - In a soft case for last 30 years
Complete set of 1989 Upper Deck still in plastic
1989 Michael Jordan NBA Hoops in soft case for years
1989 Michael Jordan NBA Hoops All star
1990 Micahel Jordan NBA Hoops

I have additional cards such as Steve Young Rookie, more Michael Jordan, and Barry Bonds rookie, but I am trying to figure the worth and how to sell these cards. I know I need to have them graded and go from there? Most of these cards have been in a gun safe with humidifier in soft or hard cases for 30 years plus, so their condition is very good.

If someone can help give me an estimate and information to sell or grade, that would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

One of the best ways is check completed auctions on Ebay for the items you have.

The Upper Deck factory sealed set is selling for around $300 on Ebay. As far as what the cards are worth it comes down to condition. Post some good scans so you can get some feed back on what they might grade.
