Michael Jordan Photo with Autograph - Authentic?

Hey guys,

I need some assistance - hope you can help. I was offered to purchase this Michael Jordan "Slam Dunk" photograph. There's a handwritten inscription and autograph on it. Is it an authentic MJ autograph? Doesn't look like it to me, but...

The inscription reads:

To Novant Health Clinics and our brothers in North Carolina

Never give up

Michael Jordan

I'm a rookie in sports autographs so I would appreciate your help!

    It needs to be authenticated. There are too many fake Michael Jordan signatures out there to take a chance.

    Not only is it fake but it is one of the worst forgeries I’ve ever seen.
