Just finished watching it.
Good video on running a B&M. I'm guessing a lot of these things go away with an eBay-only business.
BTW, Littleton must love this interview.

It's interesting as what he is "complaining" about were the same issues we faced when I worked in a shop nearly 3 decades ago.

I do work on weekends so I can fish during the week

A big difference is that many business buy wholesale and sell retail.
B&M column dealers tend to buy retail as well and people expect to have strong offers from their coins.
I don't expect to be able to sell my year old television to Target

I absolutely love the coin business, but My other business was a lot less nerdy
And yes, I had no other choices. I saw the direction of the photography market 20 years ago. I had an awesome coin collection. I had no choice but to become a coin dealer and sell the coins I had.
