Does PSA grade tall boy packs?

Does PSA or any other grading companies grade/encapsulate oversize packs such as 1969-70 Topps tall boy packs? I was told graded packs for those years are very hard to come by. And the previous company GAI who graded them already out of business so they are very rare, is this true?
(Always looking to buy graded 1969-70 Topps packs but prefer better condition than a 5. The first pack that I ever bought/opened was a 1969-70 BBK topps, I had a lot of memories out of those packs)

PSA website doesn't say they don't grade tall boy pack, is it safe to say they do grade them? I have never seen tall boy packs in PSA holder.
This. I've never seen a tall-boy pack in a PSA holder either, so I'd assume they don't grade them.

They don't have a holder for them.
I wish they would grade 70’s tall boys basketball packs. If they can grade funko pops then why not tall boys!
That sucks... so i guess encapsulated oversize packs (tall boy) are very rare.
PSA does not, you can occasionally still find GAI encased 1969 or 70 or 76 tallboy wax packs.

Wow.. thx for sharing. That 1969 Topps is a 9... beautiful!
I heard BBCE authenticate tall boy packs but it seems like those "holders" or "cases" that they put the pack in would squeeze the pack so tight and might end up damaging those corners of the pack. Anyone has experience or concerns of this matter?
