unopened pack question....no price guide after 1980?

With the explosion of unopened material from 1986-1999 I see no pack psa price guide for this time. . I guess Ebay is a good indicator of price but it would be nice to have a baseball price guide from psa 7-10 for more modern issues so we can at least value our cards

Value = what someone else is willing to pay
Price guides are out of date the moment they are printed, if not before. More wasted effort helps no one and it's an immediate block and end communication if someone brings up SMR/Beckett value in negotiations.
