Mint state vs. Proof

I thought I'd add my Two Cents to what has been discussed recently regarding mislabeling Mint State coins as proof.
I recently submitted a two cent piece, 1872 MS65 for regrade. Using my invoice number, I checked regularly to see if it had been graded. I was shocked when I saw PCGS graded it as a Proof. A phone call straightened it out. Admittedly, it's a very nice coin. But obviously not a proof. It stayed at the MS65RD level it was when I sent it in. Someday I believe it will get the 66RD though.
The games we play.
