Can someone tell me what this Mike Tyson card is?

So I haven't been paying attention to the Tyson market and just pooped a turkey when I saw the recent sales of the 1987 Question of Sport cards. I've got one that looks like a slam dunk 9. I've also this card that I picked up years ago and would love a release date if anyone knows. Thanks in advance!
(and if anyone's in the market for both or either you can save me the grading fees

btw: the ref there is mills lane. he was our catty-cornered neighbor growing up in savannah, ga. very cool dude. he's done some historic matches including the infamous holyfield ear bout. his family is also the breeder for all the "ugas" , the university of georgia bulldogs mascots.

How rare are they? There's about a dozen eBay sales for the 1997 Edigamma but zero for the 1999.

it's fairly rare, but newer obviously compared to the '87, which as you noted earlier has exploded. no clue on value, but i wouldn't give it away by any means.
