Antique Baseball value

Hello
I have a baseball from an exhibition baseball game in 1943 between the Red Sox and a team stationed at the Norfolk Naval training station. It is signed by part of the Red Sox and shows the score. Does anyone have an idea of estimated value? Not really interested in selling as I have had it for 30 years but I am curious.
