Unopened pack with Star card showing

Has anyone ever open wax packs that have star cards showing thru the wrapper? What would the card condition be like? Would that be better keeping the pack unopened instead of opening them?

BTW, how difficult to crack open those PSA case?

The grade is only for the actual pack. The card could be in great condition or in rough condition. These packs should not be opened expecting a high grade card
