So I was going to buy a 1984 topps football wax box the seller has 0 feedback. The one he/she selling is the same exact photo from a sold listing both has the same bbce # would you take the chance and buy from the 0 feedback or pass all together.

I'm going to assume when you say the pic is from a sold listing that it is a listing of the same seller...... I can't find any for sale or sold from zero feedback sellers.....

I read it as this zero feedback seller took a screenshot or downloaded a pic from a sold listing (not his) to set up a nice scam listing of his own.

Yeah, if the pic is the same one as a DIFFERENT seller, then duh!

When the 0 feedback seller has a $6-7,000 box listed for a little over $1100 you should know it is a scam. It shouldn't matter what picture was in the listing.

And it virtually has the same description. And the fraudster is from France. There is not a chance that this is legit. The only way to prove it is legit is to tell the seller that you know he's using another ebayer's picture, and you'd like a pic of his box with his username on a sheet of paper. Obviously, he won't be able to produce it, but that's really the only proof that would could be solid.

Oh wow I didn't know that box was already up there in price guess I'm out of trying to get that box For my collection.
