Anyone having issue getting call from host on submission?

I know I waited way to long but I did send in a grading submission for my first time ever as an independent business. Prior to yesterday I tried calling for help for days and days getting message that too many people try again tomorrow. Well after several try again tomorrow I finally had a former forum member help me pick the coins to send and get it ready. I got an online order# and also used the 3 part form that came with my membership. My membership expires 2/22. As a platinum member how would you feel about shelling our 260 bucks to Renew your membership? I guess I had 2 questions
- Anyone else getting no response from host
- If you got not response would it make you think about downgrading your membership
I love you guys but customers matter too

They have been backed up for a while.
Best bet is to call early and get on the call back list.

They have been very short on employees with the pandemic. Things have not slowed down with grading though, and they are trying to keep up the best they can.
