German States 1832 unknown

Think it is Meiningen herz______something with an s on the end.23 mm 5 grams Could not find anywhere on the web. Numista does not even list the country(State). Pretty sure the date is 1832 even thought the 3 is crooked (Can't see in photo but is there) sure its a 3.Baffled. Again I know it probably is not rare and is not worth much, but love to know what it is.
