Help with 2 maybe errors maybe junk......

In a group of stuff I've had sitting in my office for a while. With shows being canceled I've been doing some deep cleaning and found these in the bottom of a box with big question marks on the flip.
I have no idea if these are errors or just pocket change. I did not find them in a parking lot though so I know that takes a little of the excitement out of it.
The first one is a 1987 Lincoln cent that has the coloring of being struck on a brass planchet. It weights in a 2.65 grams. The color just looks to good to be enamel or paint or anything like that. Any opinions? Junk?
The second is a 1988 p Roosevelt dime with a very strange obverse. It almost has the appearance of a cheap cast counterfeit coin with all the pitting but the reverse is fine. In godwe trust and the date almost look to be doubled and it shows significant weakness on the head. Any opinion? Junk?

Pictures out of order I'm sorry I don't know how to fix that
HAPPY COLLECTING
The dime could have glue on it.
The dime looks to be like it was struck with badly deteriorated dies as was common in the 1980s - orange peel effect.
As for the cent, I have seen brass designations based on uneven alloy mix. Yours seems to have zinc rot starting at the edges so I would not want it personally.
My guess for the dime is some sort of weak acid was placed on the obv. Cents come in many shades of red, its possible that this was cleaned and that cleaning removed the copper around the edge where the zinc is now exposed. Whatever happened to them I do not think either is any sort of mint error just PMD.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
The dime was struck with a very worn die and exhibits an orange peel affect. Check out the picture of the dime in the error-ref explanation
